What is BIM?
BIM stands for “Building Information Management” and is a process that takes place previous to construction after the engineer and owner have decided what they want in their building. Blueprints are then drafted in paper and with BIM taken to a 3D World. It is the responsibility of the BIM Team to coordinate Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing and have clash-free drawings.
